Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you book a session through SPORTR, the following refund rules apply to the session fee (excluding platform and card processing fees).
- More than 24 hours notice: full refund of session fee (excluding platform and card processing fees).
- 12–24 hours notice: 50% refund of session fee.
- 2–12 hours notice: 30% refund of session fee.
- Less than 2 hours notice: no refund — coach retains full session fee.
- Sessions that have already taken place: cannot be cancelled.

Please kindly note that platform and Stripe fees are non-refundable.
