- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Google account information: if you sign up or log in with Google, we receive your name and email address
- Google Calendar data: if you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to create and manage booking events
- Coach profile information: sport category, skills, experience, training locations, and pricing
- Booking information: session dates, times, locations, and notes
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. We store booking amounts and transaction references
- Communications: messages sent through our in-app chat feature
- Usage data: how you interact with our platform
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process bookings and payments between coaches and members
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications by email
- Create calendar invites for confirmed sessions
- Enable in-app chat between coaches and members for confirmed bookings
- Improve our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations
4. In-app chat monitoring
Messages sent through our in-app chat are monitored to enforce our platform rules. Our automated system blocks messages containing personal contact information including phone numbers, email addresses, and social media handles. SPORTR staff may review chat messages where there is a suspected breach of our terms of service.
5. How we share your information
We share your information with:
- Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
- Daily.co: for embedded video calls during intro sessions. Daily.co's privacy policy is available at daily.co/privacy
- Google: if you connect Google Calendar or sign in with Google
- Other users: your coach profile (name, photo, sport, location, bio) is visible to members on our platform. Your name is visible to the coach or member you are booked with
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

SPORTR is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
