When you request a session, your card is authorized but not charged. You're only charged once your coach confirms one of your requested times. If they can't, the hold is released.
Coaches can upload a primary and secondary training location where the sessions take place. You will be able to view it before you request.
If you have your own equipment then bring them along. If not, simply let the coaches know and they will do their best to provide some basics.
You can cancel or reschedule sessions through your dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by coach, so check the terms when booking.
